Design, manufacture and installation of an airtight clean room for FIPPS+

The objective of the sourcing is to find a company with the capacity to design, produce and install the clean room for the FIPPS+ instrument, according to the specifications that will be provided. The clean room will have an approximate volume of 71 m3 and must be equipped with an entrance SAS with a double door. The room must be as airtight as possible, allowing little air in through cracks and gaps, such as those around windows, light fixtures and electrical outlets. The room must maintain a negative pressure using a suction system provided by the ILL. The materials for its construction will be aluminum for the frame and transparent polycarbonate panels. Fire classification: M1 Self-extinguishing according to NFP 92-501, on a scale of 0 to 5. The chosen manufacturer will be asked to tender the following deliverables:  Design of the clean room according to the requirements of the ILL.  Manufacture of all parts of the clean room.  Provision of screws, washer, nuts and sealing components.  Provision of quality assurance documents: o Certificate of conformity for all materials used. o Dimensional report  Factory acceptance review.  Additional tooling for handling (if necessary).  Packing, transport, insurance and delivery to the ILL.  Installation at the ILL.
