DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE HOT CELL FOR THE RADIO-ISOTOPE PRODUCTION

The scope of project is to study, design, manufacture and install on the ILL facilitie a hot cell for the radioisotope production with the equipements need for the manufacturing process. The equipement are :  The hot cell with the safety and security accessories, the fan system, the radioprotection study, adaptation for the transfer castle, and the integration to follow equipements : tools to cut shuttles containing sample, conditionning, handling in the hot cell, the manipulators, ...  The transfer castle allowing to do transfer of shuttles between the reactor (for irradiation) and the hot cell for conditionning.  The transfer castle adaptation in the reactor pool (to put the shuttle after irradiaton in the reactor).  The transfer castle adaptation on the hot cell (to put the shuttle after irradiaton in hot cell).  The container expetidion adaptation on the hot cell (to send the samples after conditionning).  A press to compact waste.  The waste container for the waste created in the hot cell.  The handling devices for the global process from reactor pool to samples expedition in the container.
