Consultancy for the improvement and development of emergency, crisis and business continuity plans covering all ESO sites/PR134671-HVI

Price Inquiry (PQ) covering a service contract for consultancy services. The scope of services is to support the improvement and development of a Crisis Management Plan (CMP), an Emergency Management Plan (EMP) and a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) covering all ESO sites in both Germany and Chile. The consultant will be responsible for analysing inputs, proposing improvements, drafting content, and facilitating structured consolidation. The PQ is scheduled to be issued in Q3/2026 to potential suppliers in the ESO Member States. The order is expected to be awarded in Q3/2026, to the Bidder, which has submitted a fully compliant Tender and offers the best value for money for ESO taking into account the quality and price of the offer.
