Communications Services

The scope of this Call for Tender is to procure outreach and communications services for ESO’s Department of Communication during the timeframe from 01.01.2023 until 31.12.2024. An extension of the contract is not foreseen. The scope of work, which is estimated to require approximately 6.880 hours per year, covers regular support in the following areas: - web content support (1800 hours/year) - web development support (900hours/year) - graphic design support (1600 hours/year) - community coordination and engagement support (1500 hours/year) - community management Chile (780 hours/year) - copyediting & proofreading support (300 hours/year) The above are estimates only and in the course of the contract flexibility it is required to delete and add services according to the need of the department. The Frame Contract is for 24 months. The services are expected to start on 01.01.2023.
