Cft 292 System and Storage hardware, maintenance and support

The selected supplier should deliver and configure compute nodes and filesystem servers, where all components are certified to work together and with the certified OS for Lustre. In addition, the selected supplier should provide support and maintenance for the Lustre filesystem and the supplied systems together with the legacy systems already in operation. Additionally, the selected supplier shall keep a reasonable spare part pool to allow fast replacement of faulty or failed components and provide remote support for issues that do not require an on-site visit. At the end of the contract the selected supplier should provide warranty for supplied systems, and potentially work with another supplier contracted by ESO.
