CFT-003728 (ID12 - Construction of a radioprotection lead hutch)

he ESRF is planning the creation of the new experiment hutch for the ID12 Beamline, the project will include the design, manufacture and construction of a radio-protection hutch inside the ESRF main experiment hall. The area of hutch is approximately 75m², with a wall lead thickness of 4 mm and it will be equipped with a crane inside. The execution studies are planned from December 2026 to April 2027 and the on-site work is planned from December 2027 to January 2028; including the dismantling and removal of the existing hutch and control cabins and the installation of the new hutch. The radiation test is foreseen in September 2028. Bidders will be requested to accept this schedule. Note: the manpower part for companies based outside France are subject to French Law on "Temporary posting of workers in France”.
