CFT-003066 (Liquid Nitrogen supply network for cell 3)

t concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of liquid nitrogen Super Insulated Vacuum lines (SIVL) to supply a cryocooler and an undulator at cell 3. The main works are the installation of - A main line to supply a Phase Separator (PS) and a distribution point inside a specific area. - A PS with automatic level control (electrical control box, automatic valve(s), level sensor(s), overflow valve(s), etc...) - An exhaust line from PS to the ground with an electrical heater at the end ( SIVL) and maintenance and safety panoply needed for operation. - A closed loop between the cryocooler and the undulator (SIVL) REQUIRED MANUFACTURING QUALITY: - Helium mass spectrometer testing - Maximum global leak rate per spool or vessel unit shall not exceed 1.10-9 mbars.l/s - The vacuum insulation of the transfer lines and other vessels shall be maintained for a minimum of 3 years in the range 5.10-4 mbar - no condensation or frost is tolerated in normal operation NB: for non-french workers, see attached document.
