CFT-003038 (Replacement of the electrical cabinets of the air handling units in the COMMON Building)

This CFT concerns the replacement of the electrical cabinets of the air-handling units in the “common” building. The main works are : - Dismantling of old electrical cabinets. - Realization of electrical diagrams - Realization a new control-command with Rockwell PLC, speed driver, temperature sensor, speed sensor, hygrometry. - Programming the PLC - Programming of the Building Management System - Final test and commissioning to validate the operating installation during 2021/2022 winter The works will be done in several phases during the technical shutdown and the winter closure of ESRF. The works shall be carried out by a company specialized in electrical and control command HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) system. The company shall have an after-sales service in France in order to be able to intervene within 48 hours during the 2-year warranty. Note for the manpower part: companies based outside France are subject to French Law on "Temporary posting of workers in France" (attached)
