This CFT concerns the procurement, maintenance and technical support of NEXANS (French manufacturer) FTTO micro-switches and their management/monitoring software through a general frame contract and associated orders placed over the next three years. The supplier must be capable of providing: 1) the equipment in France 2) maintenance that covers: access to a telephone or email, free access to software upgrades, free access to the exact status of open incident tickets 3) replacement of defective parts one working day after the incident is reported *IMPORTANT*: The supplier must check with NEXANS that the three above services can be provided in France.
