Central Project Controls Support Services

Selected Contractor will provide Central Project Controls Support Services to the Finance and ProjectServices (FPS) division. There are five types of services foreseen under the contract: 1. Performance Reporting Service. 2. Cost Estimating Service. 3. Performance Baseline Change Control Service. 4. Budget Allocation Change Control Service. 5. Primavera Administration.
