Breathing air Compressor

The supply shall consist of a complete functional breathing air plant. ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 1.2.0 All internal piping (welding, valves, regulators, sensors, instruments, connectors flanges etc.,) and electrical connections shall be included and installed. The breathing air plant could be preassembled at the supplier’s workshop and delivered as a skid, but could also be delivered in larger units and assembled at ESS. Flow: approximately 170 m3/h. Nominal compressor pressure: approximately 8 bar (g) Following, but not limited to, shall be included in the delivery: • Technical description • Statement of compliance • Inspection plans, certificates, welding data etc, • Manufacturing • Transport to ESS • Inspection • Installation at ESS • Commissioning • Installation instruction • List of interfaces • Training on site
