Assistance for the mechanical drafting office for the ESRF

ESRF intends to operate 2 contracts for the supply of mechanical drafting assistance over a three-year period with a possible two-year extension for a max. amount of 2.5M€ for possibly 5 years . One contract for works carried out at ESRF site and another one for off-site at the premises of the company. Works are based on the use of the CAD software SolidWorks® and the associated database EPDM. People involved have to be strongly experienced in challenging mechanical design of high level technical instrumentation dedicated to scientific instruments, synchrotron light sources and particle accelerators. They have to master the state of the art of the technical drawings as well as the ISO GPS standards. ESRF is interested by companies highly skilled in the design of precision positioning systems, UHV technologies, scientific instruments, special machines, instrumentation for astronomy and space. ESRF is not interested by companies experienced in the fields of automotive, railway, heavy industry aaeronautic.
