AOI 20-06-06: Supply of two drones

The environmental monitoring personnel responsible for the radiological surveillance of the ILL site and its environment (environmental monitoring stations and mobile monitoring ve- hicle) will not be available following the combination of severe earthquake and flooding caused by the breach of a dam on the river Drac. In such an event, land communication links would be totally unusable. The new emergency reactor control room (PCS3) located on the ILL site therefore requires Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), referred to hereafter as drones and/or air-borne components, to allow meas- urements and atmospheric samples to be taken in the environment. These drones will replace those already available on the site.
