[575] Sample Stage for the MAGiC instrument

ESS is requesting suppliers to submit tenders in order to conclude an agreement for the design, manufacturing, verification and delivery of a Sample Stage for the MAGiC instrument. The sample stage shall support the MAGiC scattering characterization system and provide: • Support for different sample environments at the reference sample position • Fine positioning of the sample environment using motorized linear motions in X, Y and Z directions • Angular motion of detectors A and B around the reference sample position The scope of work includes: • Design, production and verification of the sample stage • Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) • Delivery to ESS
