[528] Support and Consultation to ESS DGSA

The primary scope is to provide support to the ESS DGSA (Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor) in their ongoing work to ensure compliance with Swedish legislation (Lagen 2006:263 om transport av farligt gods). The secondary scope is to provide external reviews of: • ESS's compliance with Swedish legislation (Lagen 2006:263 om transport av farligt gods) (internal documents in ESSMS) • the ESS DGSA • the ESS dangerous goods training program. The tertiary scope is to support ESS in day-to-day operations when the ESS DGSA is unavailable (e.g., during vacations and training sessions). Upcoming tender: The scope is estimated to require approximately 80 hours per year. The proposed agreement/contract will cover a duration of 2 years, with the option to extend for 1 year, up to 3 times. In total, the scope can amount to up to 400 hours over 5 years.
