[498] Service agreement for Electrical Operations and Maintenance

The European Spallation Source ERIC (ESS) is inviting suppliers to submit requests to participate in a competitive procedure with negotiation in order to conclude a service agreement for Electrical Operations and Maintenance. The purpose of the service agreement is to support safe, reliable, and uninterrupted ESS operations through electrical maintenance and operational support. The Contractor shall provide reliable electrical maintenance services, operational flexibility and scalability, 24/7 on-call support, rapid emergency response, and specialist technical support. The Contractor shall also be capable of mobilising appropriately qualified personnel onsite within the required response times in support of safe and reliable ESS operations.
