CSPEC is cold neutron chopper spectrometer scientific instrument to be installed on the W3 port at the European Spallation Source in Lund Sweden. This document will serve as the reference for the design, tendering and procurement of the components describe below. Any minor part not specifically defined, but required for complete assemblies, shall be considered included herein unless specifically excluded. This document, in conjunction with referenced annexes, establishes the requirements for the detailed design, manufacture, and test of the following CSPEC packages of components:  Inside bunker neutron guides vacuum housings (IBGH), bellows, and neutron windows.  Inside bunker neutron guides vacuum housings (IBGH) interfacing the choppers, bellows, and neutron windows.  Inside bunker beamline supports. All packages of the scope are integrated into the CSPEC beamline, and are divided into sub units to facilitate a detailed quotation and the coordination of delivery. The seller shall make an offer of the items according their expertise of construction. Further details of the scope definition of the tender can be found in chapter [7].
