[406] Helium circulator

Supply of a circulator/compressor unit is needed to create a flow in the “Target primary cooling system”, a closed cooling circuit with pure helium. The main function of the cooling circuit is continuous heat removal from the cooled object, the Target wheel, during a normal uptime period of 4 months with planned bi-weekly short stops.
