4 years frame contract-Tooling for laboratories and mechanical workshops

This Call For Tender covers critical mechanical tooling (1-cutting tool and accessories, 2-measurement, 3-hand tools, 4-power tools, 5-industrial equipment, 6-personnal protective equipment, 7-laboratory furniture), to be delivered within 48 hours from receipt of small value orders limited to 800 € maximum (excluding VAT). The supplier must operate an efficient website that can host a secured space dedicated to the ESRF with ESRF’s catalogs and related price lists for Punch-Out process. All prices shall include packing, insurance and transport for deliveries to be made to the ESRF site according to INCOTERM 2020: DDP. In regards to the Punch Out process, the finalized baskets will be integrated into ESRF’s e-procurement system, to generate ESRF orders to be sent in cXML format. The Frame Purchase Agreement (FPA) resulting from this call for tender will cover a period for up to 4 years starting from June 2022.
