ESS is looking to procure a new service that will replace their current end point backup solution. · Basic requirements include that the solution shall be a “cloud” based solution with all data stored and processed within the EU. The software shall support both Windows and MacOS clients. · The solution shall be set up in collaboration with the provider but no consulting services are requested. Support agreement for the procured solution will be included and shall cover the full length of the contract.
