In the frame of the 4th harmonic RF system construction this CFT is calling for design, construction, test and delivery of the EIA WR650, high power 120 kW circulators for an operation in a continuous wave (CW) mode. The circulator needs to withstand a full reflection of the RF power at any phase. The circulator shall be equipped with a dedicated coil to compensate a thermal drift during RF operation together with an appropriate thermal control unit with a feedback. RF reflected power feedback is optional. The circulator shall be equipped with an arc detector sensor at least on port 2 with an appropriate control unit providing an open collector output with a reaction period below 20 microseconds. The circulator shall be equipped with an RF detector at least on port 2. RF parameters: Center Frequency (f0) 1409.5 MHz, Bandwidth +/-1 MHz, Forward Average Power 120 kW CW, Insertion Loss =< 0.10 dB at f0. Return Loss at f0 >= 30 dB at nominal temperature, Isolation >= 23 dB at f0.
