[3549] WIRE ELECTRO-EROSION MACHINE

The professional machining workshop needs a wire machine for the emergency and development projects requested by MEG, ASD and the beamlines. The machine must meet the following criteria: The minimum dimensions of the work area must be 700 x 600 x 220. The minimum table travel on the X and Y axes must be 400 x 300 mm, the cutting height on the Z axis must be 215 mm. Axis travel (UV): ± 60 mm The machine must accept a wire diameter of 0.1 mm and automatic part scrap management. The programming console must be a numerical control base developed by the manufacturer; computer control is not accepted. Maximum machine dimensions: width: 2200 mm, depth: 2800 mm, height: 2500 mm. The company will be responsible for the delivery the installation and the 4 to 5 training days on ESRF site. Note for the manpower part: companies based outside France are subject to French Law on "Temporary posting of workers in France" (attached).
