[3542] Mandatory controls on Handling tools

To be compliant with french regulation "arrêté 01 mars 2004", ESRF needs to control each year the conformity of handling accessories (1500 items : slings, hooks, shackles) and overhead cranes (210 items from WLL 250 kg to WLL 6,3 tons). ESRF operation constraints lead to the following schedule for the annual mandatory "HANDLING" controls: - total duration of 25 days splitted as follow: - July (10 days) : 1200 accessories (Beamlines + Laboratories) - August (5 days during Machine Shutdown) : 70 overhead cranes (Beamlines) - September (3 days) : 80 overhead cranes (Laboratories) - October (5 days during Machine Shutdown) : 60 overhead cranes (Beamlines) - April (2 days) : 300 accessories (handling service
