352MHz SSA projects: 18 units of 352MHz WR2300 waveguide switches

Within the 352MHz SSA projects the ESRF needs to procure waveguide switches. A waveguide switch, as shown in the figure here below, is an assembly of aluminium alloy sheet of different shapes. The dimensions of a waveguide switch are: 676 x 570 x 676 mm. The alloy used must have high electrical conductivity and inside surfaces have to be scratch-free. Once the waveguide switch is assembled, flanges have to be re-machined with a precision below 0.1 mm. ESRF will order 18 devices: 4 devices have to be produced in a maximum of 11 weeks and the remaining 14 devices in 26 weeks after the contract signature.
