[331] DMSC VM Hosts

The main purpose of this procurement is to form the basis of a mixed purpose virtual environment at DMSC providing for large (many cores, lots of memory per guest) guest systems to small appliance like guest systems. The hypervisor itself is not part of this tender. The VM hosts shall be compatible with our existing hosts according to Annex 4 Technical specification.
