3126 LIQUID NITROGEN SUPPLY NETWORK FOR ID14

Supply, installation, commissioning of liquid nitrogen Super Insulated Vacuum lines (SIVL) to supply cryocooler and monochrom at cell 3. The main works are the installation of - A main line to supply a Phase Separator (PS) with two SIV Valves (Approx : 35 m) - A PS with automatic level control - An exhaust line from PS to the ground with an electrical heater at the end ( SIVL) and maintenance and safety panoply needed for operation. - A closed loop between the cryocooler and the monochromator (SIVL) (approx 2*14m) REQUIRED MANUFACTURING QUALITY: - Helium mass spectrometer testing - Maximum global leak rate per spool or vessel unit shall not exceed 1.10-9 mbars.l/s - The vacuum insulation of the transfer lines and other vessels shall be maintained for a minimum of 3 years in the range 5.10-4 mbar - no condensation or frost is tolerated in normal operation Note for the manpower part: companies based outside France are subject to French Law on "Temporary posting of workers in France" (available on e-bidding)
