3-year frame contract for electronic components punchout e-procurement

The present Call For Tender (CFT) calls for suppliers to provide the ESRF with a wide range of electronic components and associated items through a punch-out on-line catalog. This method allows the authorized ESRF staff to purchase directly from the supplier's website from within the ESRF e-procurement solution. This CFT covers the supply of a wide range of products organized in different categories such as: electronic components, connectors and cables, mechanical tools and parts, test and measurement instruments, industrial automation, accessories and consumables, and electrical installation items. The suppliers selection process will be composed of the evaluation of the financial and administrative conditions, the quality of the catalog in diversity and availability of products, the delivery lead time (1-5 days), the capability to propose equivalent products if the original ones are not in the catalog, and the efficiency of the after-sales service.
