[276] Two hosts for VM environment

The main purpose of this procurement is to form the basis of a mixed purpose virtual environment at DMSC providing for large (many cores, lots of memory per guest) guest systems to small appliance like guest systems. The hypervisor itself is not part of this tender. As part of this tender, we require an option for buying two additional hosts within two years.
