26-39 MANUFACTURE OF LARGE STEEL PLATES (3 TONS EACH) FOR THE THRILL INSTRUMENT DOOR

The purpose of this contract is the manufacturing of steel components forming the assembly for the entrance door of the THILL Instrument. Material  The material to be used is S235 steel, manufactured in accordance with ISO 2768-mK general tolerance standards. Dimensions and Tolerances The largest components are 3 plates with dimensions of 1830 mm x 2030 mm x 100 mm and 1 plate with dimensions of 1830 mm x 2030 mm x 130 mm For these plates, the following tolerances apply:  Flatness tolerance of 0.5 mm on the main face of the plate  Flatness tolerance of 0.8 mm on the lateral face  Parallelism tolerance of 0.8 mm The most demanding positional tolerance for the holes shall be 0.2 mm, with a hole diameter tolerance of (+0.5/0).
