This new system is to be based on an open-source solution, in line with ILL's IT strategy. However, it is imperative that this open-source solution provides robust security guarantees with regard to AICP/T criteria (Availability, Integrity, Confidentiality, Proof/Traceability). Particular emphasis is placed on the continuous availability of the service, as well as on its ability to rapidly deliver messaging flows, which can be voluminous. Objectives: The purpose of this consultation is therefore to identify a partner company and define the conditions under which it can support the ILL in implementing this new open-source anti-spam solution. The expected support includes: - Needs analysis; - Integration of the anti-spam solution in a qualification environment; - Design and graphic integration of customisable elements; - Load testing; - Go-live; - Support and assistance with maintaining operational and security conditions; - Assistance in the event of a production incident; - Assistance with minor and major version upgrades; - Development of additional functionalities under an open licence. The ILL wishes to become involved in the free and open-source solution community, for example by participating in feedback (testimonials at conferences or community events), or through direct contributions to the project (bug reports, documentation, translation, minor code patches, etc.). Current mail traffic volumes are as follows: - 55M incoming mails over 1 year - daily maximum over the last 3 months: 300k mails - 10M outgoing mails over 1 year - usually <100k mails per day, peaks at 300k (mass mailings) The solution must be able to handle such large volumes (with a safety margin) while ensuring that the reputation of the outgoing mail server's IP address is not adversely affected. For your information, currently only 13% of incoming mail per year is legitimate; and 79% of incoming mail is blocked solely on the reputation of the source IP address (Cisco)
