2023/S 103-323839 Particle Accelerators vacuum chambers

For the High Energy Beamtransferlines (HEBT), 15 vacuum chambers for dipole magnets are required. These are operated in a pressure range of 1x10-7 - 1x10-8 mbar. They are rectangular vacuum chambers with different bending radii and lengths. One of the vacuum chambers requires a bellows on one side. The material to be used and the individual criteria can be found in the specification and drawings
