2022/S 200-568051 Production and Supply of XBS-L Magnets

Production and delivery of 24 dipole magnets XBS-L for the XFEL accelerator according to DESY’s specification. The drawings enclosed in the tender documents contain Russian expressions and Cyrillic letters. This magnet type had to be built in collaboration with the Russian institutes (Efremov institute) because Russia is one of the main shareholders of the XFEL GmbH. The current sanctions do not allow to continue this collaboration. Quality criterion - Name: lowest power loss at nominal current / Weighting: 20 % Quality criterion - Name: shortest delivery time / Weighting: 10 % Price - Weighting: 70 %
