2022/S 076-207070 Superconducting cavities

This document describes the specifications for six superconducting 216.816 MHz CH- cavities. The operation temperature is 4 K. The cavities must be fabricated from high RRR-niobium (RRR > 250) with niobium sheets of a thickness of 4 up to 5 mm. The construction includes the cavities, 2 bellow-tuner, 2 static tuner and a titanium helium vessel for each cavity. After fabrication, a surface preparation with Buffered Chemical Polishing (BCP) and High Pressure Rinsing (HPR) with ultra-pure water is required.
