Supply agreement for detail engineering, manufacturing and testing of a vacuum insulated cryogenic box that holds a Rahman spectroscopy for ortho-para measurement of liquid hydrogen. The unit will include vacuum insulation, valving, pipe connections, a laser, a rahman spectroscope and a window for the viewing the liquid hydrogen.
