Manufacturing of 42 Aluminium Neutron Beam Windows (NBW), according to ESS design drawing. 16 in need of customization whereof 15 needs cooling channels including pressure testing. Material is Al 6061 T6. Each window needs approximately 70-80 custom made captive bolts, depending on configuration, made according to ESS design drawing. Finished size per window is 904x360x44 mm. .
