Supply and Maintenance of Cisco Video conference equipment and related ancillaries for an initial contract period of three years (05/2025 - 04/2028) plus up to two optional years. The selected Contractor shall supply a service contract to cover all ESO’s current Cisco Video Conference infrastructure including servicing and support of the Video Conference systems, meeting room ancillaries (Microphones, Screens, Projectors, Amplifiers) and the delivery and management of consumables and CVI licenses for Microsoft Teams. The Contractor shall also be responsible to supply and install new systems at ESO Headquarters in Garching over the contract duration.
