PERIPHERAL TYRESS2 ESS

SKID request: The TYRESS2 station is composed of 4 main blocs as shown on the P&ID (Process, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), the MEOP filling station, the SKID (Peripherals), the Laser rack and the outside sub-systems (hydraulic pumping unit + LN2 tank). The ILL will ask for a supplier to design and build the Full SKID (Peripherals), to Integrate the lasers into a rack, to provide Rack2 on the MEOP station, hydraulic external pumping unit and to interconnect all sub-systems. Main requirements: • Design and build the skid. • Make and provide the electrical drawings of the electrical cabinet which is part of the single unit SKID. • Realize the cabling, inside the SKID and all connections to the sub-systems. • Integrate the Lasers (provided by ILL) into a single rack. • Provide Rack2 on the MEOP unit. • Supply of all materials, components and assemblies required for the skid and associated electrical cabinets according to ILL specifications. • Complete electrical wiring, pneumatic tubing, gas lines and vacuum connections. • Full internal testing, functional testing and preparation. • Packaging, loading, transport to ILL and safe delivery. • On-site installation at ILL: positioning, alignment and final connections. • Commissioning, start-up assistance, troubleshooting and optimization
