We are seeking a technology provider for a high-precision alignment system based on a three-point alignment principle, with integrated options for linear movement along the X, Y, and Z axes. The system should accommodate an aperture of 900 × 900 mm, with scalability to larger dimensions, provided that no single side exceeds 1200 mm. The platform must be capable of supporting an operational load of approximately 1000 kg. The alignment mechanism should be based on an air cushion system to enable smooth, low-friction positioning. A positional accuracy of ±0.1 mm is required. We are particularly interested in solutions that offer modularity, scalability, and precise motion control. Suitable providers should ideally have experience with high-load, high-precision alignment systems in scientific applications, with references to past or current collaborations with research institutions or large-scale scientific infrastructures. Please, suggest technology providers by July the 3rd at 12.
